  • 250 g kale
  • 250 g fresh spinach
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 350 ml vegetable broth
  • 1 dl milk
  • 100 g fresh cheese

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

  • First wash the kale and remove the thicker stems. Then chop it as finely as possible.
  • Do the same with the spinach.
  • Boil the broth in a saucepan and add a little olive oil, the chopped garlic and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Then put the kale and spinach in the pan as soon as the water starts to boil and let it boil for about 15 minutes.
  • Finally, add the milk (more can be used if needed). When it boils again, add the chopped fresh cheese. Let it cook for another five minutes, or until the cheese melts.
