This recipe is easy and cheap to make. Best of all, you should use ingredients you probably already have at home. Follow the instructions step by step to make sure it will be absolutely perfect. Then you can surprise your whole family with this new recipe.

Ingredients

  • 5 eggs
  • 3 tbsp. olive oil (45 ml)
  • 2 slices of ham
  • 2 slices mozzarella cheese (120 g)
  • 125 ml milk
  • 1 tbsp. salt (15 g)
  • ½ tbsp. oregano (8 g)
  • ½ tbsp. pepper (8 g)

Cooking

  1. The first thing you need to do is beat the eggs out into a large bowl, and add all the ingredients except the ham and cheese.
  2. Next, heat a frying pan with the olive oil.
  3. After this, pour the egg mass in, and wait for it to bubble before adding the ham and cheese.
  4. We recommend that you cut them into pieces so that it will be easier for you to turn the omelette.
  5. Finally, remove the French omelette from the pan, let it cool a bit, and then serve it.
  6. You can accompany it with tomato slices because it fits really well.

On the other hand, broccoli is a vegetable that can be eaten raw or cooked. It is packed with phosphorus, iron, potassium, vitamin C, protein and dietary fiber. When you combine them in the same recipe, you will reap all their benefits at the same time.

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 60 g broccoli
  • 3 tbsp. olive oil (45 ml)
  • ½ green pepper
  • 2 slices of ham
  • 2 slices of cheese
  • 1 tbsp. chopped parsley (15 g)
  • 1 tbsp. salt (15 g)
  • ½ tbsp. pepper (8 g)

Cooking

  1. To start with, heat some water in a saucepan and cook the broccoli until soft. Drain the water and let it cool.
  2. Once cooled, chop the broccoli so you can add it to the egg mass. Set it aside.
  3. Beat the eggs with salt and pepper in a large bowl.
  4. After this, cut the ham and cheese into pieces, and add it to the egg mass.
  5. Heat a large frying pan, and add olive oil, parsley and more salt (if desired) and fry it.
  6. Before frying your French omelette, add the broccoli and fry it. Next, pour the egg mass into the frying pan, and wait for it to bubble before turning it.
  7. Finally,  let it brown on both sides, remove from the heat, allow to cool slightly and serve.
