  • Dip the bandage into warm water and fold it many times.
  • Add the unflavored gelatin to your dressing and apply it on the painful areas.
  • Cover with the plastic wrap and  let the cover sit for an hour. 
  • Repeat this everyday until your pain subsides.

Recipe No. 2: Gelatin with cold water

This remedy will  give your body a lot of proline and hydroxyproline,  two essential amino acids that relieve pain and soothe joints, muscles and bones

Ingredients

  • 1/2 tablespoon un flavored gelatin (5 g)
  • 1/2 cup ice water (100 ml)
  • 1/2 cup warm water (100 ml)

What should you do?

  • Add the gelatin to the ice water and let it stand overnight.
  • In the morning, pour in the hot water and heat it in a water bath.
  • When you can see that the gelatin is ready, remove it from the heat and wait a few minutes before ingestion.
  • Eat it on an empty stomach no later than half an hour before your regular breakfast. 
  • If you want to give it a more pleasant taste, you can mix a little orange juice or other fruit juice in.

  • Ingest the gelatin milk 10-15 minutes after cooling.
